The heater works in the rear and not in the front, All vents blow hard, the front vents do not blow heat, I replaced the temperature sensor 1. is there another sensor? Anybody else have this issue or idea on how to fix??
Have you tried adjusting the semi-hidden heat control valve near the passenger side firewall under the hood?

Hello Everyone, I am new here and I really like topics and comments. I have an 06 Honda Pilot. The heater core went out. Any advice on how to replace that myself? I do lots of DIYs, but never done the heater core before. If anyone knows what the steps are I will be more than gratefull. Thanks...www.piloteers.org

HELP!!!!!!!!!! front heat doesn't work but center...
where is the heater control valve located on a 2005 Honda Pilot?? I want to check that first and possibly a clogged hose before spending 3300 dollars for a heater core for a car I've only had 2 years wit 170k miles on it!!www.piloteers.org
However, at this point I would suspect your blend door actuator/mix motor Fix or replace. Sometimes the little shaft gets positioned incorrectly, especially if you've recently had it changed.

2004 AC/Heat Blend door replacement possible ?
Hi, I have a 2004 Pilot that the ac is blowing very cold in back but cool and not cold in front. I have replaced the actuator a year ago, and that’s working fine. I believe my issue is that the blend door foam seal has deteriorated over the years and is not forming a good seal now and letting...www.piloteers.org

Blend door problems, AC not cold
Hi guys, I was up under the passenger's side dash, trying to replace the heater blower control (Thanks for the info!) and inadvertently remove one of the blend door actuators--partly. After realizing the error of my ways, I shoved it back in there, but not before I bumped it. Now, the AC blows...www.piloteers.org

Blend door?
So let me start by saying I'm mechanical but by no means a mechanic. I have a 2006 base model pilot front and rear climate control but not driver/passenger. The ac blows warm air front and back, heat works just fine. It's condensing (water on the drive way) and the tube behind the cabin...www.piloteers.org
Could also be your heater control valve. It's a common problem, but usually easy and inexpensive to fix. As a matter of fact, try that first.

Climate Control and blend door actuator
Hi, all! My 2004 Pilot would stick at hot or cold interior air temperature and wouldn't change when I turned the climate control knob. A mechanic told me it was a combination problem of the blend door actuator and the blend door sticking. It was a very expensive repair, so I decided to do what I...www.piloteers.org

2005 Pilot Air Mix Motor doesn't seem to be closing...
I just took out and cleaned (regreased) the air mix motor since it had fully seized up and wouldn't move unless I hit it a little bit, but now it doesn't seem to close the heater core valve fully. I verified this by using an infrared thermometer to compare the rear AC vents (heat doesn't work at...www.piloteers.org
