Rattle & shake noise on cold start

Hi everyone I hope everyone is doing well. I need a little bit of help over here with my 149k miles 07 pilot. For some reason every time I start engine on a cold start I can hear a rattle shaking vibration noise. Only lasts for about 1 to 2 seconds there’s no trouble codes or any other issues. I used MB 1 Synthetic oil every 5000 miles. Here is a YouTube link of the sound my pilot makes.

Have anyone experience something similar? I did replace all the timing belt related parts about 3k miles ago there’s a new serpentine belt as well. My mechanic also adjusted the valves but he had to do it twice because the first time he left some valve a little loose and the engine was ticking a lot after being warm up. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome thank you very much.

yours has a slightly different sound than typical but it sounds to me like it might be related to the starter drive not pulling away fast enough from engagement with the flywheel. Common problem, usually happens only on cold starts. My 09 went on like this for years until I decided to replace it with a low miles used starter - noise went away.

At least it's giving you fair warning. When my starter went, it was outside of towing range from home.

You're fortunate you can change it on your own terms.
Never had one die outside of my driveway. I've been super lucky!
But I did have a range switch go on me when I was about 30mi from home. I beat the hell out of that starter with the tow hitch lol.
Just as the tow truck showed up it fired right over. Didn't even think to try starting in neutral.

Everyone is finally up so I just watched the video. Our 05 made a similar noise until I changed the line from the rack to the PS pump. It sounds like pump cavitation for a second. Check your PS fluid for air bubbles, it shouldn't be foamy.

Thank you! Last year my PS pump was making a weird grinding whistle like sound for about 5 minutes on every start. I was able to correct that by replacing 2 very small O rings where the hose connect to both terminals on the PS pump and the noise went away. Before buying a new starter I will definitely replace the PS fluid and see if that helps. This particular noise goes away after the engine starts and only happens on cold starts. After the engine is warmed up I'm able to start the engine again and the noise is not present. Thanks again.
