Sorry, no clue how to "PM".
Apologies missed that bit in your previous post.

Log into the forum.

Under the headings at the top of the screen it should say welcome followed by your username.

In that same line is a link that says Private Messages. Click on it and it will take you to your inbox.

Look down the left hand side under the Private Messages heading and you should see an option to send private message.
 
Hey hammer, just PMed you also. On a side note, am I the only one curious as to why this is no longer a sticky?

For Christ's sake the FM radio on the new Pilots does not work properly...and Honda does not care!

The only way I even found this forum was from searching Google for Android Auto/CarPlay being added and the petition.

When new Pilot owners begin Googling why their radio continues to go in and out, I hope they land on this Forum and see this thread.
 
On a side note, am I the only one curious as to why this is no longer a sticky?
My guess is that there was something in this thread that the moderator(s) didn't want visible. I've edited a couple of my posts to remove some information, just in case that was the reason.
 
Maybe Rocky had one too many cocktails and accidentally hit the button.
 
2016 Touring

Purchased my new pilot touring about 3 weeks ago. No doubt there is a problem with the FM radio. I've had more than a few new Hondas in my lifetime...new 2013 pilot, odyssey, several accords, a civic....definitely a problem. Already discussed with the dealer....of course they plead the 5th. Can someone please post the 1-800 number to formally file a complaint.

Where are you located? Canada or US? If it's Canada then they will probably not know about it. If it's the US, call them back, tell them to speak to Stevie as she knows about it. You can give them my case number (in my signature) even though they will not discuss my case with you.

So, I have an update.
Honda representative has agreed to pay for my XM radio (30$ for 6 months with a promotion).
However, he doesn't know of any update / ETA for fixing the problem.
When I told him I have a case number with an update, he told me he can't access it and that I need to get in touch with the representative that owns the case.

Hammerhead786, do you have Stevie extension?
 
I feel like the least Honda could do is pay for an extended Sirius subscription, if not for the lifetime of ownership if they don't come up with a fix.

My 2016 pilot ex 2wd was just at the dealership for service and they checked with honda tech line for any updates on this fm radio issue and still nothing. If anyone one would like to refrence my case# with honda pm me. I was given a $400 honda loyalty card for the inconvenience. I Was able to use it towards the purchase of my lighted running boards.
 
Wow, it seems pretty ridiculous to move this thread. Guess Honda really doesn't want people to know its selling product with defective components. Says alot about the company.

I just had to add that I find it highly deceptive and pathetic that they would do something so petty as move this thread.
