Hello!

Does anyone know of any newer vehicles that have the same bolt pattern, lug size and center bore, as well as tire outer diameter as a first gen Pilot?

The wheels on my black 2004 EX-L are in rough shape…the clear coat looks awful and I think the corrosion is affecting the seal on some of the tires because two of the tires don’t hold air particularly well.

My tires are also needing replacement, so if I could find four wheels and tires already mounted on a somewhat newer car at a junkyard, that would be amazing.

This doesn’t seem to be readily available information, so I realize this is a long shot, but if anyone knows of car with a matching wheel and tire, it would be super, super helpful.

Thanks everyone!

Here are a few useful guides...

Honda Pilot 2004 - Wheel & Tire Sizes, PCD, Offset and Rims specs

2004 Honda Pilot Tire Sizes

Thank you! This is good info. The hangup, and I confirmed this with a junkyard, is that you can't look up what vehicles would match for a takeoff. There is info on vehicles with matching bolt patterns and offsets, but for any of a vehicle's model years together, info on matching tire sizes, etc., but no good way to simply look up a match for both mounting and outer diameter. You basically have to just lookup the specs for hundreds of vehicles and hopefully find a match.

I think based on the time it would take vs. the money I'd save, I will just buy wheels and tires separately. So this is still super useful.

16” wheel with 5x114.3mm (5x4.5in) and ~40mm offset. It is a fairly common bolt pattern but be careful as some wheels may not meet the load requirements for the Pilot, it’s a heavier car. If your goal is to pull it from another make and put it on the Pilot, definitely look up and compare the weights of the vehicles are comparable.

The outside diameter of the tire is 29”(235/70/R16). You can go slightly larger without rubbing and no lift.

The Pilot's expensive brother first gen matched but went to 120mm later except for the 2017 model year.
So take a look at the 2017 MDX wheels. Perhaps there is something there you'll like the look of.
Seriously consider the Tirerack option. Especially if you need tires as well.
It's all about $$$

I finally got a chance to check into this and the sources I'm finding show 120mm bolt pattern for the 2017 MDX.

It looks like 2014-2016 MDX have the 5x114.3 bolt pattern and 64.1 offset. So I just need a batch of 2014-2016 MDX wheels!

The stock MDX tires have a 2.1 percent larger diameter at 29.6" vs 29.0". So the tires aren't an exact match, but I'd probably still use them if I can find wheels with tires already mounted.
