Apologies if this has been covered somewhere. I’ve searched both in the forum and google without any luck. I’m seeing listings referencing Touring+ as a trim level. Can’t find anything out about it. Does it include anything different than the standard Touring trim?

That's a dealership thing. They add different OEM accessories to create a "plus" to whatever trim level they're adding to. The result is a jacked up MSRP. My local dealership has an EX-L+ on the lot for $49K MSRP, when a normal EX-L is around $44K-$46K MSRP.
