Here's the link to lefteye219's thread where he discussed the WeatherTech window deflector.

When I was looking for window deflectors, I decided to stick with OEM because you can't beat that quality.

I spent a good amount of time looking for deflectors, which included WeatherTech, AVS in-channels, WELLvisor, and OEM before making a decision.

Apart from the issues lefteye219 had with WeatherTech, I always thought it would be a bit annoying to look over to your passenger side mirror and see a portion of it tinted.

From my research done across multiple threads and reviews, AVS in-channels installed wrong, will make it so the window will never fully close. IIRC, multiple people have complained that the window will go up as usual, and when it comes in contact with the visor, the window will go back down a little bit, leaving a gap.

The user I messaged on here regarding WELLVisors replied with this message
"Within a few months of ownership the chrome strip of the visors corroded. It looked Aweful. I have pictures on the forums of my issues. Even worse than the cheap product is the company who sells them.... There is zero warranty. It isn't real chrome but more like a cheap plastic mirror. Layers of cheap plastic cellophane over paint. I highly recommend you stay away from them. Good luck. If you like the look, just go OEM. Pricey but will have a warranty and last year's longer.... Literally."

In the end, I decided to stick with OEM for the sake of not having to replace the visor every year, or every couple months, and because it's under warranty.

That user was myself. After my long ordeal with WellVisors I managed to get a new set which I have not installed yet since I'm using AVS in-channels. They say that the improvement they made over the initial batch was to utilize real chrome for the strip. While I can verify that they are indeed chrome, I can't speak on durability, etc. Eventually, when I get tired of the AVS's I'll install them. I am currently in the middle of a move from NJ to Florida so swapping visors is dead last on my priority list. If someone else has recently purchased Wellvisors, maybe they can shed some light on this? They cost about 40% of what OEM's cost and look the exact same. If the chrome strip issue is gone then they are 100% the way to go. I enjoyed them when I had them on. Never had to worry about the window sensor (finger trap, or whatever its called) being tripped and forcing the window back down to midway. My 2 cents.

Some window deflectors will interfere with the auto close function. They make the window think there's an obstruction, so they go up and then back down. i assume the Honda ones wouldn't have that problem.

I had the NotSoWellVisors and do not recommend them. The ends of the visors did not stay and lifted off the doors. I gave them to a friend and he installed them on his Pilot and they also lifted. There are two ends where there is no plastic for the double sided tape to stick to; so they wouldn't stick to the doors anyway. I didn't own them that long so can't comment on the chrome. I ended getting the oem visors and highly recommend them.
