key fob not working

I just had to replace mine about 3 months ago (I have an '07 as well)...

It was intermittent for a couple of months, then finally gave up the ghost. I took it into the dealer and they replaced it.

They had me bring in both keys to make sure when they programmed the new fob, it matched the old key.

Someone else may have a better answer for you, but there's my experience.

 

Check or replace? No matter how a battery "checks", I'd replace with a fresh new one as a first step.

It would also help to give a little more information than "not working". Does pressing any buttons do anything? Does the car make any noises? Does it open the car? If it doesn't open the car, does it start the car?
