Engine Problems P0344 P0154 P2240

I have been having a recent engine problem occasionally I will have my engine light and VSA Light come on. When these lights come on every time I get up to 3000 r/m the car jerks like when you drive a manual shifting car and you mess up shifting. checked my engine codes and got P0344, P0154 and P2240. Looking for some thoughts on what I need to do to fix this.

P0344 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent (Bank 1)

P0154 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

P2240 O2 Sensor Positive Current Ctrl Circ/Open Bank2 Sensor 1

I would find the electrical connections for these circuits and clean them. You can get spray cleaners specifically made for cleaning electrical connections. I successfully dealt with a P code that indicated a fault with the EGR valve on a friend's 07 simply by cleaning and re-seating the electrical connection to the EGR valve.
