Car is straight piped, going back to catalytic converter

So my cat was stolen and I straight piped due to contained risk of being stolen again. I need to sell car and it needs its CAT to pass inspection.

See pic of my current exhaust set up. I'll probably need 1 to 2 O2 sensors as well. If i buy the cat below, obviously it has no where to bolt on. I will go to exhaust shop but what are they going to do. cut the ends off and weld it into current set-up. I just want to get rid of this car, and someone stealing my cat has made this a nightmare.

I checked but didn't see where you're located. I think if you are going to be selling it to someone in CA or CO in the US, you'll need a CARB-compliant aftermarket cat or an OEM unit (I'm in Colorado, btw). Otherwise a generic unit should work pretty well. Before the rules change in 2021, I had a GM 4.3L V6 that needed a fresh converter, and used a generic that worked well.
