I saw the same product on Rockauto, but opted for the Beck Arnely DW-1 atf as it is synthetic. I have also used Maxlife atf in the past in the pilot and other cars.
Can you substantiate the fact that Beck Arnley DW-1 is full synthetic? I haven't seen that written anywhere.

Are there any known issues with mixing valvoline and honda fluids together? Valvoline website that it is fully compatible with conventional trans fluid.
No problems whatsoever. On the contrary, full synth Valvoline MaxLife ATF is a noticeable improvement. (y)

I was contemplating the Beck-Arnley DW-1 ATF on RA myself, but passed for the same reason. I'm sure it's basically OK, but not full synth as far as I can tell.

Their marketing team should really put that in much more prominent font. :D

So is this the same DW-1 as Beck Arnley DW-1?
Doubt it. It was posted in 2011-2013. Isn't that more or less about the time Honda switched from Z-1 to DW-1?

Welp, I went and ordered a case of this knock off full syn Beck Arnley DW-1 Fluid for 3 x service. I'm going to try it first in the 6-speed before the Amalie Universal Synthetic.

Send me the leftover MaxLife now that you've moved on to other pastures in the ATF world...

I still got 6 vehicles that use MaxLife. Sorry. If Beck Arnley proves to be good, then this Amalie Universal Synthetic will have to go somewheres.

I see some have calcium and sodium and zinc, but I'm holding out for one with the Recommended Dietary Allowance of riboflavin. :)
