I purchased a white EX FWD for $30900 OTD $34375. So the difference between your quote and the price I paid is $2225, being that mine is non-AWD. I thought I read somewhere that AWD could be less. In a two week span, got quotes from three other dealerships and one broker, Norm Reeves was the lowest. Awesome customer service too!

Which Norm Reeves did you go to?

Thanks!

Online quote is just a head start for you to know the price range. You'll need to go to the dealership and negotiate the price. Below is what i did
1. i got online quote for 2019 EXL-AWD for $39.500 OTD
2. I went to the dealership and work with a different salesman, end up i got the offer of $38.800 OTD. That salesman willing to beat the online quote!

My 2019 Pilot EX AWD price
Vehicle price $32,273
Conveyance fee $449
License and Title $195
CT Sales Tax $2078
OTD $34,995

First post- and a great big THANK YOU to everyone here. The information in this thread was invaluable as I negotiated a new Pilot for my wife.

2019 EX-L AWD

Bought in PA, will be registered in MD (tax is 6%). All cash- no trade- so my taxes were a little higher than if I had traded something. I have been negotiating with a local dealer and not really getting where I wanted to be on the price. So we went to another dealer, test drove the EXACT color combo the wife wanted (gray/black leather) and I told them what I wanted and left. Before I got home I got the call that they would do it. My offer was $37,500 out the door.

$40,655 MSRP (Actual window price was 42154 due to dealer add-ons)
$34,951.08 Vehicle Sale Price
$2,548.92 Tax, T, & L. (Taxes were $2092 alone)
$37,500. OTD

I didn't ask for extras but did get Honda wheel locks since they were already on the vehicle when we started. Splash guards were there too.

I think I did well. I still believe there was another couple hundred to be had, but I decided before going in that if they agreed to $37500 I would bite. Put A big chunk down and used Honda financing at 1.9 for 60 months for the balance.

Overall, I think I did well, I am quite pleased and I attribute it to the help gathered in this thread.

Alright I picked mine up today EX-L AWD

$40705 msrp
$35026
$100 all season mats
2345.95 nj tax
5.00 tire tax
299.99 reg
235.00 title
144 doc

total 38184.95 @ 3 years 36 months @ 0.9apr.

my goal was 36-37k otd but that was impossible in my location. some dealers wouldn't even touch the price above.

Just picked up a 2019 EX-L AWD. Sent an email to all the dealers in the area. Picked the lowest priced one.

$34,756 Before Title Tax & License

Mine got delivered last night - w00 h00!

White w/ BLK interior
EX AWD
No Options

$32781 (before any fees)
$36458 OTD

Bonus:
Dealer traded for the wrong interior color w/ another dealer so I went home. Last night the salesman delivered the correct car. Was dark so I just accepted the keys and didn't actually see the car until this morning. To my surprise, it had the trunk/cargo folding tray and wheels locks. Score!>:)

??? Why did Honda cheap out and not include the floor mat for the last row? Odd I say!

Paid $39,225 OTD. 2019 Pilot EX-L... I don't really know if this was a fair deal, worked for me...I negotiated with dealers online and ended up making a deal with my (only) Hinda dealer. Saved me from travelling 300 miles to get a better deal...

Any pricing info from the Houston Area? I contacted several dealers and 39,000 was the best drive-out price offer.

I am looking for a EX-L w/Navi and RES FWD, Modern Steel

Sale Price $35,500
Destination $995
Accessories $499
Sales Tax $2312.50
VIT 76.96
Title/license/inspection/other $200
Documentation fee $163
Drive out $39,752.46

So I am new here and am trying to purchase a 2019 pilot. I've gotten a price for a touring 2wd 41,500 otd does this seem like a good price. I am located in Jacksonville Fl. Any insight would really help me out first time Honda buyer.

Subtract the cost of the AWD ($1900.00) from my example below. No dealer add ons installed. I know Florida can be a killer with doc fees up to $1000.00 since there is no state cap on them.

Just signed papers this afternoon for a 2019 Touring AWD in Ohio. White with beige interior and 8 passenger.

MSRP $45465 (includes destination fee)

Sell price $40697.13

Honda rebate $1000.00 (was told this is Honda to Dealer which may or may not be passed to the consumer by the dealer)

Final selling cost $39697.13

No trade, have to add Ohio 7% tax in my county so that is an additional $2796.30, $33.50 for the title and temporary tax (annual tag is $55.00 here), and the dealer doc fee of $250.00

The doc fee is capped by the State of Ohio at $250.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is less. $42776.93 out the door with all fees, taxes, license, and tags.

Financing with Honda Financial promotion on the Pilot at 1.9 for 60 months

Good luck
