It seems that honda has done away with the paper service manual for a couple years now and went with a online subscription base media. The info i collected were from honda's service express website and is the same source that the techs uses. I was able to save over 1000 pdf but i know I'm still missing some info which I didn't get to finish doing like component location index and the schematics. I spent countless hours getting the important info like removing and installing. Some search words i used were remove, install, inspect, test, connectors, etc.

Here is the link for my google drive I'm sharing. If anyone wants to donate for the time i spent collecting them my PayPal email is anekin007@gmail.com. I would love to hop back on service express to finish off and collect more info on other cars. If the mods don't agree with this post please go ahead and delete. Thanks!

The original creator of this Google Drive resource isn't responding to access request. Since you already have access to the materials you can see the resources. Could you possibly make a copy of the Folder and share it here? You can change the share settings to anyone with link can view. This will help out a lot of us trying to fix are failing radio systems or members that want to upgrade for Android Auto and CarPlay. Thank you, Kevin

Link still working. Try logging in from a Gmail email address account using Goggle Chrome browser. No help from the OP, not around since 2018.

Honda Pilot "Start / Stop " button.

I have read from other posts that I am not alone in this problem. I called my local dealer and they do acknowledge the part can be replaced under warranty. HOWEVER, because I am a salvage title, that wont be free. So my question is to anyone that has done it.... how simple is it to do? Should I have the dealership do it or would my local mechanic be able to take care of it... For those of you that took out the dashboard. A little help please. Thanks

i just recently did this. took me all of 45 minutes to do it. The first 30 minutes was me trying to figure out how to pull apart enough of my dash to get to the Start/Stop button there isn't much you need to pull out from what I learned. I'm currently not at my car right now but i can check it later and show you what needs to be removed. Once you have access to the button its just a little squeezing to unplug the harness, and the button and out it comes. install in reverse order. If IRC there was a walk through somewhere here or on youtube that shows you how to do it also.
