My 14mm bolt is missing how can I replace this or does anyone have a way to loosen the belt without using the 14mm bolt? I need to replace my alternator.

I just replaced my entire tensioner, that is so tight of a space to work in. Getting a drill and then easy out would not be a fun task. You could only drill if you had a right angle drill or attachment.

See if you can remove the entire tensioner, a couple more bolts and then remove the broken bolt with vice grips. (Hopefully where the head of the bolt snapped off, there's not a lip that prevents the tensioner from sliding off the bolt body)

Pretty darn easy to put on a new belt. It's very easy to find the routing diagrams online to make sure you've got it on correct. The tensioner is not difficult either. It's just a bit of a pain to get to because of how tight the area is. I just replaced my tensioner and when I did that I put on a new belt and it was about a 30-45 minute process.

With the broken bolt, you have no way of relieving the spring force that tensions the belt so you would not be able to get the new belt on. And without that bolt you have no way to relieve the spring tension to get the old belt off either. You're going to have to remove the tensioner one way or the next, and since the upper bolt is broken, you really have to replace that tensioner so that you can even get the old belt on if you choose to reuse it.

I would have just cut the old belt and used an angle grinder to cut off the old pulley.
