My 2022 with 1200 miles on it threw up PO455 upon initial startup the other morning and stayed on. I've scoured this forum and other sites regarding reasons for this error and all I can think/conclude is that it was a glitch. The car had not been filled up lately (overfilling tank may trigger CEL) and my gas inlet appeared to be seating properly and I don't see or smell gas. So... I cleared the codes (PO455 & 456) and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

In your experience, if this does not re-appear am I good to go or should I be at the dealership having them investigate why this happened with only 1200 miles on the car?

When my Odyssey was only a year or two old, I was in a similar situation. I brought it into the dealer. They cleared the code and told me that sometimes it can happen, especially if there was a sudden weather shift. Never had an issue after that.

The weather angle was one of the things I was thinking it might be. Not that the swing in temps was necessarily that bad where I live, it has been colder than usual lately. Anyway, I'm glad I bought my code scanner, without it I would have been freaking out until Monday came around and I could get it to the dealership.

Well, less than 1 week after resetting and clearing the code it came back. Looks like I'll be dropping it off at the dealer later this week. Just for the record, both times the error presented itself it was immediately upon startup, never while driving or during the car's daily routine.
