I have an 06 Pilot that is making what I'd describe as a 'winding up' sound when I accelerate. The higher the rpms go, the higher pitched the winding/buzzing sound gets.
The sound also only occurs after Ive been driving the vehicle for a whille - about 30 minutes - and things are warmed up. I can also re-produce the sound when idling by turning the steering wheel to the right again after the car has been running for a while.

Was wondering if anyone had any guesses?

How old are your accessory belt and its tensioners?

Yes Its the same.
Should be replaced when the timing belt was replaced.
Can you also check power steering fluid level? Wonder if you need new O rings

I replaced mine at about 130k miles. The tensioner pulley started chirping/whining first, then the idler pulley did the same. I did not have the belt squeak/slip sound though.
