It may fit, but that doesn't mean it will give you what you want. If they wiring harness is not equipped to do so then you will still not get the audio showing. Also replacing the cluster means replacing the odometer as they are all in one. If you are thinking of changing out the cluster then you need to check with the DMV in the state you live in to find out the proper procedures for doing so and follow them. At the least it could cause you resale issues for an incorrect or questionable odometer reading and it could be construed as fraud if the proper procedures are not followed.
No. The data bus in the 2019 is different technology from the 2017 model. The Infotainment HU, wiring harnesses and probably other very expensive modules would need replacement. It would be cheaper to trade your 2017 model for a 2019 model.
