Need your help. I'm looking for the starter relay.

Looking to install a 41.22 wireless remote kill switch.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure how your remote kill switch works but the coils to energize the soleniod for the starter motor is under hood fusebox fuse 34 (A34 drawing). The red line from the starter is the same red line that goes to B2 on drawing. The one end of the coils of the two relays (starter cut 1 and cut 2) go back into the PCM and the other ends go back to the fuse under dash and into the body control module (not shown in drawing). It appears that the PCM has to be off (engine not running) and the body control module must meet certain permissives to energize the coils of the relays. In other words the body control module energizes another relay which inturn engergizes the two starter relays. I think the body control module will initiate "starter" if in idle / stop, remote start, engine start button, in park etc.
Looks like you can use the red jumpers off underhood fuse box A12-B22 to insert your remote kill. I assumed that your kill switch has contacts that is NO (normally on) meaning kill switch is off and therefore the contacts are NO. Turn on Kill switch and contacts are off ( contacts are opened).
Unfortunately these cars are not like the older cars with a starter relay and the coil is energized by the ignition key switch. These cars are alot more complex now.
I've read that another way is to install kill switch on the fuel pump?
In any case its your responsibility if you damage your Pilot. Good luck

The fuel pump is controlled by "Smart FET" within the Power Distribution Module Pin G3. on the drawing pin 3 goes to ground. Pin 1 goes to PDM. The fuse for the Smart FET/PDM appears to be A22 engine fuse box. There are other things that the Smart FET/PDM controls so not sure what would happen if you use A22 fuse? There are over 100 electrical drawings and each drawing file has the drawing split into pages so tracing the colors from page to page is sometimes difficult and how to show the "entire" picture. Like I mention previously use the information at your own risk.

I was looking at implementing a kill switch using the brake switch and I like the idea of the kill switch as the remote but was worried about the kill switch failing NO (normally open). If it's a kill switch is NC (normally close) then should cover off situations where the kill switch's battery dies. This will prevent anybody from starting car if they have the FOB as it will not start even if you apply the brakes unless your kill switch is deactivated. There is a fuse for the brake swtich I believe its under the dash fuse box
