It's a great color and was my second choice.

The Blue that is trying to be Black haha
See, my 2017 was Black Forest Pearl, which was a very, very dark green that looked black unless the light was really blazing on it. That would've been my first choice if it'd been offered on the 2023 and I wouldn't have hesitated.

There’s a Genesis GV 70 at church in a pretty awesome emerald green.

Yea I don't get it either. I always go with blue or red if I can. Love garnet or burgandy cars. Heck I even bought my son a olive green toyota highlander. It was an old model. But with painted black rims it looks so freaking good. I wish they would sell cars "unpainted" and just primed. You can literally take your car to a body shop now and scan in the manufacturers color code and they can match the factory finishes perfectly. That way we could paint them whatever color we wanted.

Every Honda advertisement I see today on TV, youtube ,etc. they show the Diffused sky blue Trailsport. It must be the posterchild Pilot in Hondas eyes. I expect to see them everywhere now , they will be super popular and there is one parked in my driveway right now....my wife was sold on the blue....

Ii is so funny how Americans which I am one hate colored cars. You can see by the poll and parking lots all cars are black, which , gray. I like colored cars and will never buy black white and gray.
I also wonder why our culture does not likes colors. My thought is that Americans do not like risk/attention and buy a color can be risky and stand out.
Another thought is people concern about resale value feeling that you car will sell better if majority of people like the color of your car - black, white, gray. The irony is that since everyone buys those colors the resale value is lower because there are a ton on the used market and that rare red, blue, yellow car has more value.
I go towards white because it is simply easier to keep them looking like new years down the road. Most other colors suffer from long term exposure. Owner care is of course a component.

This is the "green" I want on a Trailsport. I really like this shade of green when combined with black trim bits and wheels (like on a Trailsport). Honda should have done something like this instead of the Diffuse Sky Blue. Toyota called it "Army Green". No longer available on the Taco, replaced by hideous "Electric Lime" instead.

Toyota knows that limited edition colors sell out every year and demand is high. Every year they come out with a new color on the TRD PRO models only. I loved the Army Green in 2020 and the Voodoo blue. that came out a few years before that.
