Got the part nuimbers and some places with fairly good prices.

Chrome on SS Bar 30-0000
Black Bar 30-0005
Mounting Kit 30-1255

The best price I found without a sale is fdrom www.coolwheels.com
They were $10 to $20 less than most places.

The very best price I could find was from www.Autoaccessory.com, but it was on sale.
They were $30 less than Coolwheels! (I love sale prices)

I have purchased from Coolwheels before, and other than a shipping delay, was very satisfied.

Just ordered from Autoaccessoy.com and will let everyone know how it goes.

Its the "," after the link that gets many of them in the URL.

Good catch though - pilot03.

I went to the www.autoaccessory.com website and they don't have the Honda Pilot model selection? When you ordered parts, how do you get to the Pilot's parts?

I plan to install the Westin Safari Bar w/PIAA lights on my Pilot. I am trying to imagine how it will look (on the Pilot not a Chevy). Does anyone have pictures?

I bought the Safari bar last week from Speedworld, here in Queens, NY.

But due to the crappy weather (2'+ of snow and non-stop rain), I haven't been able to install it.

I'm gonna give it a try this weekend and if successful, I'll post pics afterwards.

Thanks, Killrbeez!

I'm interested to see how it attaches to the Pilot.

Safari bar

NJay- I see in your signature you have the Safari bar listed as being on your pilot. Do you actually have it? If you do, please post pictures and give a review of the installation process.

Killerbeez- Please post pictures of your installation when you are finished. I am particularly interested in the mounting kit, whether or not any cutting is required to the plastic spoiler.

If anyone knows a link to the installation instructions it would be much appreciated.

I took a quick glance at the installation instructions, and there is cutting of some plastic shielding involved. At least it comes with a paper template.

Once I get home from work, I will try to post the instructions (now, if I can only get that POS scanner to work!)

How bracket was mounted

Arrows point to the original mounting points.

As you can see, the bracket is sandwiched between the frame and the support bar.
