For starters, when was the last time you changed your VTM-4 fluid?

Brakes OK, any other warning lights?

Can you check your battery and alternator?

Do you have access to a code reader? If so, post the codes.

No code reader, bought it used so never have changed the fluid and not other warning lights. Battery ends does have some corrosion

Maybe those are good places to start with, then. Clean battery terminals and check its voltage and the alternator's with a multimeter. Even if that's not the problem here, it's still a good thing to do. A weak battery/alternator and/or corroded cables can lead to all sorts of unexpected system gremlins.

Next, change the VTM fluid if you don't know when or if it's been done.

If you don't have a code reader handy, some car part chains in the US will read codes for you on site for free.

First thing first: read and post the codes.
