I'm confused, do I need a scanner to fix this (I have the Bluedriver scanner), or ground pin 9 and toggle the vsa button to recalibrate?

Well after replacing the Wheel speed sensor on my 08, I have had the (!) and VSA Light on.

I ordered the Foxwell tn630 Plus as suggested and followed the directions in the video, but still the light wont reset. The Foxwell wont even automatically discover my VIN, nor does it appear to scan correctly... Almost seems glitchy, getting a lot of "no communication" etc.

As you can see there is no option to rescan and reset the VSA from my options. My options are no the same as in the video.
