Brake vibration can be a result of not doing the new pad bedding properly. Instead of depositing an even layer of pad material on the rotor, it is possible to end up with a thicker buildup in one spot. This can get worse with time as pad will wear more over the thicker area. Proper bedding involves a series of accelerations followed by very aggressive braking to get the brakes real hot, but never allowing the car to come to full stop (accelerate to like 50mph, brake hard to 10mph, repeat 10-15 times), best done on a deserted road/at night.

On my 2013 Pilot, I have installed a Power Stop Z23 K6084 kit, drilled/slotted rotors with carbon-fiber ceramic pads. Quite happy with it.
