Does anyone else have issues with the USB connection when running Android Auto. If I turn or brake with any force that causes the cable to move in the slightest, the connection is interrupted and I have to pull the cable and reconnect (takes like 30 seconds). This is super annoying when using Waze or G-Maps since the navigation is interrupted. If anyone has had this issue, was there something you did to correct it or at least reduce the frequency. Sometimes, the device won't connect when I first start the car and I've found it has to do with the state of my phone screen (is it on/off or in always on screen mode or does the phone think it's still in my pocket). The whole function is very finicky and frustrating. FWIW, I'm using a Samsung Note 8.

never had this issue. and ive had many instances of the cable getting pushed, bumped, tugged on, and no issue.

you have to check the most obvious culprits first.

check your cable, use a different one.
check your phone connection to the cable. try someone elses phone see if it still does it.

if yes to all that, then it might be the usb connector on the vehicle
