Do the fans ever turn on? If you’re sitting at idle for long enough they should turn on before the coolant temperature gets too hot. I think the passenger side radiator fan turns on once the ac is enabled.

The ATF temp won't trigger the engine coolant fans.
You most likely have a bad atf temp sensor.

I agree with Rocky that ATF temp will not trigger the fans, but if the fans are not turning on that is an issue. If one fan turns on and the other one doesn’t swap fan relays for starters.

Which sensors have you replaced thus far?

We changed both temp sensors and my bad fan is working the reason I said ATF was hot the A/T light came on I hook it to diagnostics I still get PO128 which is temp related and PO 420 which is catalyst system related
