So I have been having trouble finding Honda Genuine Transfer Assembly Fuild SAE90 or SAE 80W-90 viscosity hypoid gear oil, API service classified GL4 or GL5 only. Has anyone been able to locate it?

OK, Are you assembling something, or changing out fluid in a transfer case?

Why on earth would you need 'Honda Genuine'? They don't refine oil from crude at Honda.

I use GL 5 synthetic oil, from Walmart. Super Tech brand. You could too.
Hint- Walmart doesn't refine oil either.

I just assumed since I am replacing the Transmission and Rear Diff with their products that I use it for the Transfer Assembly as well.

I just got the supertech (ST) 75w90 synthetic gear oil to do a flush and fill on my transfer case on an 07. 7 bucks for a quart and I think it takes just over a half a quart to fill. The ST is GL5 rated.

That being said, there is a post on this board from 2015 where using valvoline hypoid gear oil caused problems which were resolved by replacing it with genuine honda hypoid gear oil.

Well, Both my Pilots get Full syn Oil, Supertech, Mobil 1, etc.- WalMart
on my 5 and 6 speed transmissions get Valvoline MAX life Full Syn ATF.- At Walmart for just under $18/gallon.
My rear diff on the '15 gets the Honda VTM4 fluid.
My differential get the Super tech Full syn gear oil GL5- WalMart.

Saves some $$, great results.

YMMV
