Hello to all. I am new to this forum and sure it has been discussed but yet to find. So I want to do the timing belt on my 2016 Pilot Touring. We bought used in perfect shape in 2018 and now has 88k miles. I know on the earlier models I would do a valve adjustment as well. Do the newer go through the same process?

Yes you should do a valve adjustment. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's supposed to be done every 30k miles.

No. Valve clearance should be checked/adjusted every 100k miles or so (when you replace your timing belt).

I'm interested in the work around all that new plastic, where the power steering pump used to be.
