I'm for the right tool for the right job. But there is a large amount of gushing pride that comes when that pully bolt pops doing it the manly way with pieced together crap. :p
That's great, as long as it's only a large amount of pride that gushes and only the pulley bolt that pops.

My bones tend to pop more these days. Especially the knees. :confused:

Does your parts store have this socket from Lisle available for loan?
On one of the SMA videos, with an impact wrench, it made quick work of removing the bolt.

My crankshaft bolt came right off with this thick walled socket and my air impact worked great 👍👍

Please tell us your air impact setup? Air pressure, make and model impact? Etc. Maybe a photo.

For everyone that’s doing a timing belt I honestly believe you should buy the side motor mount before you start I bet you’re going to need it
