I installed in my new to me 2014 Honda Pilot Touring a SVCM Controller yesterday and so far so good. Over all it was a very easy install. My hand got chewed up a bit trying to squeeze my hand in there but otherwise all good. No warnings or anything and runs great. Great purchase and highly recommend.

I was a nay -sayer for a few weeks when I learned of these.

I'm on the wagon now though. In both of our Pilots.

I wouldn't expect any warnings or CEL lights on the dash either. Tried and true product it seems to be.

Welcome to the club. We'll send you the secret handshake soon LOL

Just installed mine too on a 2021. Only half a tank of gas into it, but it seems to run smoother and I've actually noticed a slight increase in MPG on some of my longer in town trips. No real highway miles on it yet.

You figure it out?
This is a 2019, but the location is the same.

Sorry, yes, the video is of a 3rd gen but the temperature sensor is in the same location.

I don't know that there is a right or wrong way to tie it up. As far as the wire going to the battery, I would run the wire behind it letting the fuse hang off the back side. This keeps the wire from being exposed to any corrosive vapors coming from the battery cell covers.

Get some split wire loom and make it disappear.

Have to add that it feels like it now drives like a 6 cylinder should drive. Poor thing had to deal with that VCM thing now it's running like it should.
