Any PS fluid leaks? Open the bottle and see if you get a whirlpool at idle. There should not be bubbles and foaming.

Do you have the whirlpool of PS fluid? You should. If it's quiet in the bottle, then PS pump is not working.

Then I am fresh out of ideas.
Yesterday I lowered both rear corners of the subframe by about 2" to do the bushings myself. No issues so far. The subframe would not lower any more than that, not sure what held it. I used a pry bar to lower it at least as far as the screws would go.
