Almost in Tears 馃槬. I have spent $2600 on my 2006 Honda Pilot EXL 162K miles this month already to find out that my SRS weight sensor is defective and the parts are obsolete. The only fix is to find a seat in the junk yard, if available. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so what did you do. Thanks. Any comments appreciated.

2007-08 use the same sensor/cushion assembly. It's not that hard to replace other than removing the seat to make it easier to disassemble the seat. Around here seats go for $30-35.00 each. Doesn't really matter if the upholstery matches, all you really need is the back cushion with the attached sensor.

I have an 09 EX-L v6 coupe and the stealership charged me 200 bucks to diagnose my srs light. They tell me the outer passenger weight sensor has low resistance. They want 1k to replace the entire passenger seat harness. Has anyone fixed something like this without replacing the harness?
