Looking for a cost-effective (aka low cost!) replacement donut wheel for 2005 Pilot EX-L. Mechanic tried to clean up old one but says cannot form seal with rim due to corrosion, therefore new rim needed. Tire looks ok but would consider any solution including full-size wheel/tire combo if price is right. I hope this is the right place to post ... new to forum despite being a 15-year Pilot owner! Thank you!

Welcome @BFfan ...one day soon I will be lowering my spare tire to check my 16 yr old donut. Be sure to inspect the condition and age of your new-to-U tire before mounting and balancing.

Definitely go for a full size spare. Usually cheaper and more useful than a donut. And of course it does fit.
