Sorry but I can not share with you the video file…After replacement the chines tensioner was broken , but only tensioner … other spare parts from engine are good

I see one clean wheel and one dirty wheel... or is that spray paint? those tensioners don't last forever and will cause noise you will definitely hear inside if the radio is turned down or off.
