Honda Pilot 2009 - Ex V6 - 3.6L

issue: The rubber hose from my engine filter to my intake has a hole in it.

132627

Question 1: What is the actual name for that part?

Question 2: Where can I get that replacement part?

Question 3: This seems like a very straightforward fix. I'm not a mechanic so I just want to make sure there aren't any gotcha's I'm not seeing in terms of replacing this part.

That site I linked is where I get all my OEM parts from.

The air intake tube should be fairly easy to replace. It looks a lot less clunky than the one on my 2005 Pilot.

Yeah mine tore up as well. It seems like that thing is made of paper or something. :) All of my other older honda's intake hoses are still holding up well, even after 20+ years.

That is a big no-no these days. This part - intake air duct - breaks on all Pilots due to improper design and material.

Just replaced mine. Local honda dealer had it for about $40. Had a long crack in the ribbed area. Not happy about unfiltered air entering the engine for months!
