JUST BE SURE THE BLADES ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY...NOTE THAT ONE EDGE HAS A LONGER/WIDER FLAT SURFACE THAN OTHER AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY...IF INSTALLED BACKWARDS THE WIND HOWL WILL BE UNBEARABLE...AND YOUR SERVICE MANAGER WILL LIKELY TELL YOU HIS THIRD THEORY OF AERODYNAMICS AND OTHER INTERESTYING STORIES...I THINK I CURED MY NOISE PROBLEM...BUT I HAVE NOT YET HIT THE 4 LANE(THAT IS THE MOST LANES WE HAVE AROUND HERE)

Roof rack

The crossbars do make "noise" at speeds above 45 mph. If I have the climate control and the radio off, I can hear them. However, since they are never off (especially the radio!), I cannot hear them.

It's really not noticible at all. If yours is pretty loud, check to make sure both sides are on the "dots" in the rack....could be an alignment problem.
Wind noise is history

Installing the crossbars correctly eliminated wind roar...Someone reports that front/rear edge stickers came on their crossbars...
bengelking, I cannot hear mine at all. You may want to check yours are set with the short edge up front and the long edge trailing. (Kind of like an airplane wing.)
