Along the lines of what Rocky said... if you are looking for certain parts, look up the part number for the ridgeline and then cross reference with the Pilot part diagrams to see if it's the same. I thought I read somewhere that the front suspension is largely the same but the rear is more heavy duty on the Ridgeline. We know the engine has some differences such as no VCM and real VTEC, you'd have to check other drivetrain parts on a part by part basis if you are looking for something specific.
