I have a 17 Pilot EXL with AWD, it has 11k miles on it, so it doesn't get out of the garage much. The only maintenance that has been done is oil changes. The dealership does them for free for as long as I own it. Each oil change they've reset the Maintenance Minder.

The lifetime powertrain warranty stipulates following the MM - but oil changes must be at least every 9 months. Which means my oil is at 80-90% when I bring it in and they reset the MM after servicing. Will the other required service items pop up on MM as needed?

You will have an answer to that question coming up soon for your AWD (or in your case, next year at present usage). Maintenance Minder should display a 6 for Rear Differential Fluid change at 15k. This usually hits on the second engine oil change for most people around 12k to 18k miles. After that change, the rear diff fluid is changed after every 30k.
