I'm looking at Carfax report for a 2019 Touring. Below is the recall notice on Carfax:

Recall Date: 9/10/2019
Recall #HO18 Incorrect Time Displayed on Cl This recall was open as of the date/time that this report was generated. For more information, or to find out if the recall has been closed, please contact HONDA.

Is that a major problem?

Not sure if it's related, but there was fix related to the clock being off on some cars in an update from August last year: https://owners.honda.com/Documentum/ota/2019_Pilot.pdf

It's no big deal if your clock is showing the correct time, ignore it.

The fix is a software update for the entertainment unit, and a 10-min fuse-pull to drain the onboard charge and make sure it fully resets itself.

The TSB does nothing else, it's not critical if you don't have the incorrect time issue.
