I had the ground wire to my battery fail while driving my 2004 Pilot. Everything cut off completely, had the ground wire fixed so I could drive home and then replaced the next day. Immediately after getting the car going again the rear windshield wiper started running non stop, runs in the off position and on position. Then the next day the airbag light pops up. I know they are on the same circuit. I have read that sometimes after having battery issues it will need to have a dealer reset, because that airbag light comes on. Anyone else have an issue like this? Might be worth noting I did replace the battery about a month prior and had to take the car back because the technician didn't properly tighten the cables.

That's different. In all the recent messing with your car someone has messed things up badly creating an open circuit to the wiper.
What happens when you pull fuse 7 (drivers side box)?

Check if there is a relay on the wiper circuit. If there is, the relay may have shorted in the on position.
