Hello,

I'm a prospective Pilot buyer...about to decide on either an 06 EX or 07 EX model. I have a question about the interior space...

What is the length of the rear when both the 2nd and 3rd rows are folded down (with the tailgate shut)? I am wondering if it would be possible for one 6'2" person to sleep comfortably in the back, if needed to on a camping trip.

I've actually hauled several sheets of 4x8 plywood with the tail gate SHUT. In a pinch, you can put them up over the headrests if the headrests are up pretty high. They are up over your head and still leave enough room to drive (if you aren't TOO tall).

I also hauled about 6 pieces of 16' crown molding (with the liftgate UP of course). They only stuck out about 3 feet. I put them up over the console and into the footwell of the front passenger seat layed back all the way.

Pretty versatile hauler in a pinch. Sure beat driving all the way home and hooking up the trailer just for some molding!
