The unit you mention is a regular non-nav model. Has quite a few connectors. It might be best if you state directly what specific functionality you are after.
The audio unit (looking from back) has 5 connectors along the bottom, A,C,D,E,G, and one connector F above those
Connector A (24P) is power, steering wheel and speaker connections.
C is mainly communication bus to other components, i.e. XM.
D is compass, Aux jack, phone (handsfreelink) and B-CAN
E is subwoofer output, active noise cancellation, PCM
F is mostly for rear entertainment system (if equipped)
G is antenna.

It might also be worth it to check out Do it Yourself Automobile Repair Manuals - Mitchell 1 DIY
There, you can subscribe for access to all service manuals for a specific Pilot model, only about $35/year.

Scorrpio, can you tell me on a 2013 EX-L non-nav non-entertainment where the Amplifier is located? if you see my recent thread I am in dire need to find it and can't at the moment. A local Sound Pro wants nearly 500.00 to install amps that were not purchased from them. I am very experienced with install, but I am having a dickens of a time finding the darn Amplifier. Thanking you in advance.

The factory amp is under the dash on passenger side, below and to the right of the glove compartment. (See attached pdf)

By the way, if it is a non-nav and non-entertainment, (no satellite speakers on rear columns) then the 'stock amp' is the head unit itself, subwoofer channel included. There would be no external amplifier box.
