I now have 115k on my '04. Changed the oil every 10k and have a sample checked every 20k. All reports are normal. The only time it suggested changing more frequently was one time I used the cheaper Fram filter. Castrol 5w-30w syn blend.

I have 126,000 on my '04 now. Still running OEM rear pads and changing the 5w30w syn blend every 10k. I will continue until my oil report comes back saying otherwise. Beside the shocks getting week the transmission is getting a bit sloppy. Or maybe the new hearing aids are revealing things I couldn't hear before.

160k on "04

Rear brake pads @65k, struts 125k, lower control arms @156k. I did the previous at home. Found the whole strut assy. & lower control arms on line. Its easier to do the whole assy's. at the price I paid. VTN twice.
Dealer drain & flush trans.
I do have the whine from the front end. Jackshaft ? What is it specificly ?

Thank You. Does the Pilot have a thrust bearing, universal joint, on the axle. Sorry its obvious that front wheel dives are a bit of a mystery to me.

Is the CV joint the possible cause of the screeching noise mentioned on various forums. It is noticible during acceleration ?
