I don't think the pilot's roof rack will fit on MDX.
I've installed mine last weekend and it has three install points (2 lugs each total of 12 lugs) vs the two install points for for MDX...
Maybe MDX also has three install points like Pilot but uses only two points?
One way to make sure is to take the molding off the MDX and look at the lug bolts sticking out and measure their placements...
I am happy with my roof rack, it looks nice and sturdy... Got it for $234 from Tim.
