Les cuento Recién compre una Pilot tiene código de falla p0302 y luz vtm-4 en el tablero
Cambie bobina, bujía e inyector. Ninguno soluciono el problema por último calibre la olgura de las punterías y todo siguió igual
Rote las bujías, las bobinas e inyectores para ver si se movía el código de falla pero no la falla sigue pero solo se presenta en relenti revisando con el escaner viendo datos en vivo con el carro en movimiento no hay misfire

Misfire can be caused by dirty air filter, throttle body, or clogged PCV valve.

Only occurs at idle...did you pull and clean the EGR valve and verify it is operational? I understand that an EGR stuck open can cause misfire conditions at low speeds and idle due to choking the cylinders with exhaust gasses.

I would go with a cylinder leak down or compression test.
Try this. Pull the spark plug and plug it with your finger on the compression stroke. Should build up a ton of pressure. Compare the pressure to a good cylinder. You could also try to plug it with a balloon and fill the balloon on the compression stroke and see if the balloon holds the air. Compare to a good cylinder.

second the cylinder leak down test. maybe check the valve adjustment also at the same time
