Not going into detail, but I've had the worst customer experience with this dealer's service department; so bad, that I don't think I'll return. It's definitely a bad representation of Honda overall as I've gone to other service departments where I'm treated properly. Just as a basic example, let me say that I had to call various times because the phones were not being answered. I should have paid attention to those first red flags. And, did I mention that my invoice had someone else's information; yes, personal and, credit info., it was the VIN # that verified it as my vehicle (Honda Pilot 2012).
