Need some help. Can't find any information on this code anywhere. 2009 Pilot Touring 87k miles.

Got Tighten Fuel Cap for several days in a row. After that, the Check Engine - Emissions Notification came on. Took it to NAPA and they read the code P145C - EVAP System Purge Flow Malfunction. Did some tapping on what I think is the Vapor Canister Solenoid and alerts went away for several days, then came back. Any thoughts?

Similar issues I have found have to do with Vapor Canister Solenoid or Vapor Canister Purge Valve. So I figured I could start with those, but would like to know if it is either of these or what else to look at first.

Also would like to know how difficult the problem component is to fix myself.

I had this code (P145c), as well as P0497), after doing the valve adjustments and replacing the plugs. Self-inflicted in my case :frown: I missed replacing a vacuum line from the manifold to the Evap canister valve.
Check this youtube video for what sounds like a similar cause:

I know its a CRV, but the system looks somewhat similar, and its in the same place.
This guy on Youtube is good: I followed his steps on the valve adjustment...

This fix should be straightforward I think

Oh, and I used the Torque Pro app and a OBD bluetooth adapter (from Amazon) to clear my codes, as well as check all the OBD information. There's a lot of interesting information to see !

Hello everyone. I'm wondering if there's anything more I can do before taking it into Honda. I as well got a gas cap message and then right away I got both codes P145C and P0496. I went out and bought an Innova 3100 DB2 scanner that's how I found my codes. Reading online I seen some people fixed it with a gas cap so I ordered both parts from RockAuto. A new Gas Cap as well as a DORMAN 911769 Vapor Canister Purge Valve / Solenoid. I replaced both and within a week I get the same codes back. Everything I read online always points to that part, is there another part next in line I could order and try before taking it in?
