Hi Piloteers, I’m having trouble locating which relay I need to replace. My 2008 Pilot EXL is throwing code P0685 “ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit/Open”

My fuses all look OK but I can’t seem to figure out which relay needs replacing.
The issue is that occasionally the radio, navigation, and interior electronics cut out at random.
Any help with diagram or photos pointing out which relay is much appreciated, would love to fix this myself.

Before you swap out the relays try checking the voltage from your alternator it’s been my experience when dashboard lights radio starts cutting in and out it’s normally the alternator

I never had this issue but on YouTube there some videos on how to troubleshoot this problem and how to test for a broken wire and the relay as well hopefully this can give you some direction good luck brother post back to me after you figure it out it sounds like an interesting repair

Battery terminals must be tight.
Inspect - ground cable from battery to chassis. Replace if corroded. Disconnect and reconnect to make a new contact.
Any recent work that could have left a ground connection ungrounded?

Look at the suggestions above, and maybe swap some equivalent relays as a quickie troubleshooting technique, but otherwise here's the Fuses & Relays section from the Service Manual. Hope it helps.
