I found another 2007 Pilot - EXL 4WD with 210k miles and timing belt changed (good maintenance records) but TPMS light is on. Run good. Is it crazy for me to buy with such high mileage? I know this is just gamble to buy this Pilot.

TPMS light at that age probably indicates dead batteries in the transmitters. 10-12 years is the battery life in my experience. You can get them replaced at next tire replacement, or pretty quick job for a tire shop guy.
