As part of my towing setup (Hayden Auto 678 (no longer Tru-Cool 40K) Installation in...)

I installed the OEM hitch/harness on my 2018.
5 of the 6 mounting holes were slotted, the last one is not. Now the hitch isn't centered, and because the last hole isn't slotted, I can't adjust it.

I think that my fix is simply to drill out the last hole and adjust it. I'm curious if anyone else that had done their own install, had 5 of 6 hole slotted, or were they all slotted?

Did you loosely start each bolt or tighten them up fully? Or tighten the first one and then move on? Its always best to leave bolts started but loose until all the bolts are started.

Thanks for the link. I put all of them in slightly loose and adjusted it to the passenger side as much as possible. I'm going to have to pull it off and slot that hole to clean up the placement.
