I was just looking at the 2023 Accords on the website and one of the features shown on the grid is called Stolen Vehicle Locator. I don't see that feature on the Pilot trims and specs grid. What is it and why not on the much more expensive Pilot too?

I believe it's built into the HondaLink app.

The only ones that will be stolen will be the EXL. The app only needs to tell you where the nearest elite owner is. That's the most likely suspect, and you'll find your EXL near his house with no 2nd row seats.

The rare scenario where an elite is stolen, the profile would be: a guy with 6 kids who are on all kinds of prescription drugs to keep them from hurting each other when crammed into the back seats

While I 100% agree with you on the lack of rear seat armrests, it would seem that perhaps you need to see a therapist about this issue 😀

Yes I agree, but my therapist blocked my calls right after the gen4 release! The timing is really sus

Your therapist prolly drives an MDX. I go to therapy weekly to deal with the fact that Acura owners keep telling me their cars are totally not at all related to Hondas in any way haha

I just looked into this. For Stolen Vehicle locator, it needs the 'Remote' feature, according to this: MyGarage (scroll down to 'Remote').

Only some trims appear to have that. And this is a screenshot I just took of the Hondalink functionality per trim:

The problem is that the second thing they do, 5 minutes into the theft is cut the wiring harness that goes to the HondaLink antenna so NOTHING gets out.
