The NavSat / Backup display acted up last up showing a bunch of colored lines and blinking grey screen.

But strangely after driving for few minutes then I parked and shut off the Pilot and restarted it, the display went back to normal and still working fine today.

Anyone experienced anything similar before or know what cause it?

There's some well-documented history of the screens having this issue when extremely cold. Did your symptom show up only after sitting in very cold conditions? If so, the easiest 'solution' is to do exactly as you did. Let the car warm a bit, then restart to reset the display.

In the early times, Honda was replacing screens under warranty, and owners continued to reported the same symptom after a car sat out overnight in serious cold conditions. I know this doesn't solve the issue, but perhaps there's some comfort in a) knowing what causes the symptom, and b) knowing that others are enjoying it too.

This is my second winter I owe the Pilot but first it happened to me. It only about 40’s here however I do know cold does weird stuff to LCD screen. I seen something similar to laptop left in car overnight.

I think you are correct, it the cold most likely. Hope so cause it also look like a flex cable cracking on laptops LCD too.

Thanks
